We believe that athletic and academic dreams go hand in hand, and we help position players in the marketplace to reach their optimal potential. Code of Ethics
Our primary concern is the well-being, safety, protection and future of the individual player. There must be a balance between the development of performance and the social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of the individual.
A key element in this is the assistance we provide in development of independence and professionalism. Players must be encouraged and guided to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and performance in training, in competition, and in their domestic, academic or business life.
We always work in a diligent and honest capacity. We ensure that the activities, training and programs we advocate and direct are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience and ability of the individual player.
We treat all of our staff and participants with respect and dignity. We discourage inappropriate behaviour in training, competition, and away from the sporting arena.
Advertising in respect of qualifications, training and/or services is accurate and professionally restrained. We must be able to present evidence of current qualifications and make it available to support any claim associated with the promotion of the athlete.
We are very cognizant and prudent, with our use of and protection of proprietary information, documentation and contact information for our players, staff and colleagues.Contact Us
